The following terms and conditions of sale constitute a binding agreement between HI Weldrick Limited and its customers which applies to all purchases made on the weldricks.co.uk web site. Customers are reminded that these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully, you may wish to print a copy for future reference. You agree not to change these Terms of Sale from the form presented by Us. All other terms and conditions including those in any order submitted by You are expressly excluded and shall have no effect. All communications made thus far by Us are invitations to treat only.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from anywhere other than the Uninted Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Any errors or omissions in any catalogue, sales literature, price list, dispatch note, invoice or other documentation or any information issued by Us from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on Our part. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any order submitted by You, confirming where reasonably requested to do so by Us any telephone orders, and for the giving of such information as is necessary relating to the Sale Terms and delivery (as the case may be) to enable us to deliver the goods to the delivery address notified by You. When writing to Us You must quote your purchase order number.
All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. HI Weldrick Limited will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold from its web site until payment has been received and cleared in full. Payments are accepted on most credit or debit cards via our secure server. Please allow 5 working days for clearance of personal cheques. I/We authorise you to make any enquiries you deem necessary in connection with this sale. This information will be used for fraud prevention or debt recovery.

All such goods must be returned in an "as new" condition complete with all packaging, accessories and with the security seals unbroken.
Where goods are returned in accordance with this clause, we shall, within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods, refund any monies paid by you for those goods (excluding any return delivery costs incurred).
